WHAT IS SPIRITUAL DIRECTION?
This is the opportunity to reflect and walk with a qualified spiritual director about your life, its events, relationship with God and others.

The spiritual director helps the person notice and respond to the movement of God as experienced in prayer and in the events of ordinary life. The Spiritual Director is listening for the stream beneath the stream of the person's life...for those moments of encounter with the Holy. Directors don't create relationships between God and others but help them to foster a deeper relationship and intimacy with the Beloved.

Spiritual Direction usually takes place once a month either by phone or in person.

GROUP RETREATS
Marykay is happy to do women's group retreats whether they be one day or a weekend. She has retreats on many themes relating to women's lives but she is also willing to work with you to create just the one you would like for your particular group.

INDIVIDUAL RETREATS
One of Marykay's passions is facilitating personal one-on-one retreats. It begins with a pre-retreat interview...followed by a 1-5 day personal guided retreat in a quiet place of your choosing-at a nearby retreat center; lodge; bed & breakfast, resort or hotel. The retreat is followed up with a post-retreat reflection. This is a profound way to enter into solitude, become quiet and peaceful in order to deepen your intimacy with God and to hear His voice more clearly.
